1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund. Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds: - Items marked as final sale - Gift cards - Products returned after the 30-day window - Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at customercare@stacyadams.com. Include your order number, reason for return, and any photos if the item is defective. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the product back.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary based on your financial institution.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.
